We sell lamb 3 ways:


1) Come out (by appointment) and pick up your order fresh from our freezer. Currently Available:

10 lb lamb variety box -

Ground Mature Lamb* - $8 / lb

Stew Meat, Mature Lamb* $8 / lb

Lamb bones and organs. $4 / lb

Sold Out: Leg of lamb (bone-in) - $11 / lb

The variety packs are approximately a quarter lamb. They contain chops (mostly loin and rib), ground, and stew / kabob pieces. The lambchops boxes are all chops, mostly loin and rib.


* Mature lamb is from animals over a year old. It has more flavor than our regular (young) lamb. If you enjoy the flavor of bison and venison, you'll probably like this. If not, we recommend sticking with the younger lamb.

2) Order a custom cut whole lamb (winter - summer, as available) and our excellent butcher will cut and freeze it to your specification. Can take 1-2 months to get a slot. See button below for details. This will not be halal.

3) Self-harvest a lamb on our farm (experience and own tools required). This is our only halal option, and it requires that you have the experience necessary to take a live animal all the way to freezer-ready. We will not be able to cut and package the meat for you after you kill it. You must do the entire job, which requires experience. Please contact us for more info.

In  September 2023 a highly respected chef in Frederick evaluated our lamb for us and gave this report: "I'm impressed! the flavor is sweet and mild and the fat renders beautifully. This tells me that the animal had a great diet. Also, the marbling is good and kept the lamb nice and moist even when I intentionally overcooked it a bit."


- So enjoy our luscious lamb, but don't overcook it, for best results.


All of these lambs were raised by us from birth on our farm. They ate only mother's milk, forage (grass, clover and herbs), hay, and minerals as they frolicked with their flock. Never any grain or confinement. We do not use any antibiotics unless necessary to save an animals life. We do basic vaccinations and generally use herbal medicines and wormers.
